We visit your business and sit down together to spread everything out and take a clear-eyed look at where things stand. Receipts, statements, records, software — whatever you have, we work with it. This hands-on step gives us an accurate foundation to build from and ensures nothing important gets missed at the start.
Once everything is in place, your job is simple: run your business. We handle the books. Monthly bookkeeping, payroll processing, invoicing, and inventory management are all taken care of — quietly, accurately, and on time. Most clients find they rarely need to think about the financial side of things at all.
You’ll receive regular consultations with your bookkeeper, quarterly financial reports so you always know where your business stands, and ongoing assistance with required state filings. As the year winds down, we’ll work with you on year-end reporting and tax planning — making sure your records are clean and your tax preparer has everything they need.
